Each truck model benefits from a dedicated and specialized designed welding line which employs a jig system for precise positioning during the spot welding process to ensure high precision and weld quality. Moreover, the welding mainbuck can automatically join the six pieces of the cabin.

The ED electrostatic painting line features 14 immersion tanks, with chemical concentration continuously monitored through the SCADA system. Also. the facility boasts 16 paint booths catering to a variety of paint colors according to individual customer preferences.

The plant equips three specialized assembly lines for light-duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, and van trucks. Each line is fully equipped with modern machinery and equipment. Notably, The torque wrenches meticulously monitor the tightening of each bolt and nut to ensure assembly quality of each vehicle.

The fully assembled trucks undergo inspection, including wheel alignment, braking performance, speed, etc, and evaluation on a 2,4-kilometer test track that simulates all types of terrains to ensure product quality according to the standards set by international and THACO brands.
