The automatic welding line is equipped with the latest Kawasaki robots with 360-degree rotation, which ensures fine welding quality. In addition, the body fixture robots will ensure the body is held firmly and precisely during welding and transfer.

The ED line offers the latest continuous dipping technology to produce dust-free surfaces. Meanwhile, the other line, the topcoat uses new Wet on Wet technology to apply concentrated paint, giving surfaces a smoother and firmer shine. With this technology, the surface can increase resistance to scratches, stains, and acid corrosion during use, meeting the color requirements on the Mazda's 7th-generation vehicles.

The plant’s assembly line is nearly 80% automated with modern equipment. In particular, large-sized parts, including engines, transmissions, front axles, rear axles, and so on are assembled and tested in separate areas and then transferred to the body station by manipulators to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors in assembly.

The tester line is another example of hi-tech lines in the plant which is activated and controlled by end-of-line quality monitoring system directly connected to Mazda factories in Japan to ensure quality consisitent to those made in Japan.
