The plant dedicates a respective welding line for each car model with automated conveyors. The welding jigs for driving cabins have high precision, ensuring welding quality in line with strict technical standards.

In the painting line, the ED line incorporates 14 coating tanks monitored by a modern control system. The other line, the topcoat line uses new Wet-on-Wet technology with automatic paint supply systems and 1K color systems to offer surface with higher quality and aesthetics.

There are three lines for heavy-duty trucks, light-duty trucks, and Towner trucks respectively. Each line has equal modern equipment, e.g. automatic conveyors, electrified monorail systems, torque testing systems, manipulators, and automated guided vehicles (AGV), etc.

All vehicles undergo pre-delivery inspection in terms of steering angle, sideslip, brake and road test on a 2.4km track with real terrain simulations, ensuring Kia and Mitsubishi-Fuso quality standards.
