THACO LUXURY CAR plant specializes in manufacturing luxury passenger cars, especially new-generation Peugeot models with premium paint colors that are of the same quality as French-made models. Embracing comprehensive development strategies, the plant has been setting new standards in manufacturing and assembling premium luxury cars, satisfying the demand in Vietnam, and on its way to increase its international presence.

The welding line uses technology and equipment from Europe. The body overhead conveyor and metal finish lines operate smoothly and synchronously, ensuring technical standards in each stage.
The painting line includes an ED line and a topcoat line using Wet on Wet technology. Besides, advanced primer and final coating technologies ensure high-quality paint in European standards.
The conveyor system is designed and installed by THACO AUTO engineers with technical support from the Peugeot SA (PSA) Group. The plant also uses Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGV) to deliver materials and components quickly and automatically.
All cars undergo pre-delivery inspection via a control system directly connected to Peugeot factories in France and road test on a 2.4km track with real terrain simulations to ensure the best vehicle quality according to Peugeot standards.
