THACO BUS plant has been invested as one of largest and most modern plants in Southeast Asia. Equipped with automated production lines, the plant is able to manufacture different types of buses: coaches, sleeper buses, specialized buses, public buses, buses for export markets, and mini buses under THACO and international brands, satisfying customer demands in the domestic and global markets.

The minibus welding line utilizes advanced technology with robots and three successive main jigs which ensure high accuracy in operation. The line also has a monorail system to move parts and body quickly and accurately.
The ED coating line can dip a wholte bus body 13.7 meters long. And the coating line for bus and mini bus body is applying 1K coatings, ensuring high-quality paint colors.
There are 2 specialized lines, one for buses (8,000 vehicles per year) and the other for mini buses (12,000 vehicles per year). The lines use manipulators and automated guided vehicles (AGV) to distribute materials and components according to different production speeds and product types.
All vehicles are under pre-delivery inspection for steering angle, brake, etc. followed by a test drive on a 2.4km road. For IVECO mini buses, the vehicles are inspected by the quality control system connected to IVECO in Italy, ensuring the best quality.
