THACO AUTO trains truck and bus sales skills nationwide

On May 23, THACO AUTO organized a training program on sales skills for more than 100 truck and bus sales executives from units across Vietnam.

The participants are senior executives from THACO AUTO's southern and northern offices, and bus and truck dealerships nationwide. Under the instructions given by experienced truck and bus sales managers, the learners were provided with useful product knowledge and how to sell products from light trucks to medium-duty, heavy-duty trucks, dump trucks, trailers to buses and minibusses, etc.

In addition, besides the provisions and explanations of sales, business orientation and market analysis skills, the lecturers and trainees had in-depth reviews of real cases on organizing selling processes, managing sales operations according to positions and responsibilities, and customer service.

After the training course, the participants would find it easier to understand the business orientations, approach customers more confidently as well as give training to sales consultants at their respective units.

As one of the regular learning and development activities at THACO AUTO, skill training aims to improve the core knowledge and skills for staff, bringing professional service to customers with dedication.
